About Us

The Ethel Everhard Memorial Library is a public library located in the Village of Westfield, Wisconsin. The library serves village residents and surrounding rural residents; we are a part of the Winnefox Library System along with 29 other partner libraries. Today, we proudly serve our residents and serve as a community hub for Westfield.

Records Retention
The Ethel Everhard Memorial Library has adopted the Records Retention Schedule for Wisconsin’ Public Libraries and Public Library Systems that was adopted by the Wisconsin Public Records Board on June 12, 2017.

Patron Confidentiality
The Ethel Everhard Memorial Library recognizes that records and transactions, in which the name of the patron is identifiable, are confidential. Such personal patron records shall not be made available to any individual, group, or law enforcement agency except in the case of the exceptions listed in Wisconsin State Statute 43.30.
